2. Allgemeine Hinweise zur Datenverarbeitung

Wir verarbeiten personenbezogene Daten ausschließlich im Einklang mit:

  • Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG)
  • Telekommunikation-Telemedien-Datenschutz-Gesetz (TTDSG)

Personenbezogene Daten sind alle Daten, mit denen Sie persönlich identifiziert werden können.

3. Hosting und Shop-System (Shopify)

Unsere Website wird über Shopify International Ltd., Dublin, Irland betrieben.

Shopify verarbeitet personenbezogene Daten (z. B. IP-Adresse, Bestelldaten, Zahlungsdaten) in unserem Auftrag gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag).

Eine Übermittlung personenbezogener Daten in Drittländer, insbesondere in die USA, kann nicht ausgeschlossen werden. Die Übermittlung erfolgt auf Grundlage von Standardvertragsklauseln gemäß Art. 46 DSGVO.

Beim Besuch unserer Website erhebt unser Hosting-Anbieter automatisch folgende Daten:

6. Kontaktformular

Wenn Sie uns über das Kontaktformular Anfragen zukommen lassen, werden Ihre Angaben aus dem Anfrageformular inklusive der von Ihnen dort angegebenen Kontaktdaten zwecks Bearbeitung der Anfrage und für den Fall von Anschlussfragen bei uns gespeichert.

Verarbeitete Daten können sein:

  • Nachrichteninhalt
  • ggf. weitere freiwillige Angaben

Zur Sendungsverfolgung und Optimierung der Versandkommunikation.Hierbei können Bestell- und Versanddaten verarbeitet werden.

Shopify Flow

Zur Automatisierung interner Abläufe (z. B. Bestell- oder Kundenprozesse).

Die Verarbeitung erfolgt ausschließlich zweckgebunden im Rahmen der Vertragsabwicklung.

Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO bzw. Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an effizienter Shop-Verwaltung).

10. Cookies und Einwilligungsmanagement

Unsere Website verwendet Cookies und vergleichbare Technologien.

Technisch notwendige Cookies sind erforderlich, um die Funktionalität der Website sicherzustellen.

Wir nutzen verschiedene Dienste der Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland. Google Ireland Limited nutzt Google LLC (USA) als Auftragsverarbeiter.

11.1 Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Wir verwenden Google Analytics 4, um die Nutzung unserer Website zu analysieren. GA4 erfasst Informationen über Ihre Nutzung unserer Website durch Cookies und ähnliche Technologien.
